These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) apply to purchases from Our Travel Perspective (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or accessing Perth Day Trips Google Maps (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms.

1) What you’re buying

The Product is a digital Google Maps (My Maps) link containing curated day trip destinations and saved locations. Access is delivered digitally via link.

2) Access requirements

To use the Product, you’ll need:

A Google account, and

Google Maps (best experience in the mobile app).

We don’t control Google’s platforms. If Google changes features or availability, we’ll provide reasonable troubleshooting support, but we can’t guarantee the Product will work the same way forever.

3) Personal-use licence (no sharing/resale)

When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own planning and travel.

You must not:

Resell, redistribute, or publish the map/link (including posting it publicly or sharing in groups)

Copy the content to create a competing product

Share access outside your household / immediate travel group

If we detect unauthorised sharing or misuse, we may revoke access.

4) Refund policy (digital product)

Change of mind: We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once access to the digital link has been delivered. (Australian Consumer Law does not require change-of-mind refunds.)

If something goes wrong: If you can’t access the Product due to a link or delivery issue, contact us and we’ll work with you to restore access.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there is a major failure or the Product is not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a replacement or refund) under the Australian Consumer Law.

5) Disclaimer (travel info)

Our recommendations are based on our experiences and research at the time of creation. Conditions change—opening hours, access, prices, weather, hazards, and closures can vary.

You are responsible for checking:

Local conditions, safety alerts, park rules, signage, and access restrictions

Your own capability and fitness for walks/activities

Any permits or fees required

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or incidents arising from reliance on the Product, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

6) Intellectual property

All map curation, written descriptions/notes, and associated product materials are owned by Our Travel Perspective(unless otherwise credited). Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

7) Support

If you need help accessing the map, email [email protected] and include your purchase email + a screenshot of the issue.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia / Australia, and any disputes will be dealt with in the applicable courts/tribunals.
